I recently tried the Lunch Special #1, which consisted of a half portion of Plov with a side of achichuk (a flavorful onion and tomato salad). The serving size was generous, and the dish tasted amazing! The rice had an incredible flavor, and the meat was equally delicious. Totally recommend trying this place
Great experience at Samarkand Nights. The plov was perfectly seasoned and the shashlik was flavorful. The portions were generous and the staff was welcoming and attentive. I enjoyed the authentic decor and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for authentic Uzbek cuisine. I'll be back!
Food is absolutely delicious. From the salad to the really good beef soup to the kebab and the plov. Everything was hot and delicious. THIS IS DEFINITELY MY NEW GO TO RESTAURANT Not a big fan of jalapeños being put on the salad. My kid loves salad but hates spicy food
Update: 11/22/24 I am a regular now. Can't get enough of their delicious food. Pro tip. The Napoleon is not on the menu, ask for it!! Happened to be walking by and decided to stop in for some soup. The Lagman soup was hearty with plenty of veggies, noodles, and flavorful beet. The Plov is a must have, rice, beef, sweet carrot, and other delicious ingredients. Loved every bite and can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
Probably some of the best Uzbekistan food I've had around Brooklyn everything is so fresh and the quality is amazing
Big fan of Uzbek food! Had the lunch special that came with kebab, salad, and lagman and bread. Everything was great! Nice clean modern restaurant with friendly staff. Will be back when I’m in the neighborhood
All I can say is amazing, it’s a gem of the neighborhood, if you haven’t tried it you must stop by! Make sure you try the beef Kebab, I just ate 3 it was out of this world!
